As high risks are involved in exporting vegetables due to their perishable nature and non-availability of direct flight and shortage of cargo space, IQF vegetables is the only way to meet consumer demand and grow an export market of fresh vegetables.
Although initially expected to export at least 600-700MT vegetables a year, once demand goes up, the volume may increase to 1000-1200MT vegetables per year.
Vegetables are collected during the season and stored using the IQF method to export on a later date according to customer demand.
