Much of this experience has been gained in the UK poultry industry, well known for its lead in process and product innovation. I also have considerable experience in the fish, vegetable and ready meal sectors.
Process Solutions acknowledged world expert in cooking technology, using both new and existing processes, and have designed and developed the technique of dewpoint control advanced cooking technology, which has led to new levels of food safety, yield and quality improvement. My expertise in cooking technology and cooker design has led to my involvement as an expert witness in legal challenges worldwide.
